MBAE-4653 Organizational Change
The objective of this course is to develop the skills necessary for change to be the norm in organizations. It proposes theories on implementation that describe what should be done to induce change and to guarantee the success of the process, specifying controllable variables, expected results, causal relationships between variables and the effects of moderating variables. It combines experiences of change that have been accumulated by the participants with the study of theories and best practices in the world.
